I drove in to Mana Pools via Chitake on Tuesday the 21st Oct 2015. It was a very pleasant drive, saw nothing much except for a few Crested Guinea Fowl but otherwise a very uneventful trip. Once in Mana though I had a couple of lovely Ele Bulls, which I managed to get a few really nice photos which are uploaded to the gallery, unfortunately a magnificent Kudu Bull was rather camera shy and would not stand long enough for a good photo. Then on the way to the sheds, I watched a Side Striped Jackel being bullied by a rather unhappy Warthog. The night was uneventful, although the Hyena did call a few times. On the drive out we managed to stop for a short period and the guests got a number of shots of a Cow Ele and her calf but again a very quiet drive as far as game is concerned.
